Nash CL4001 Vacuum Pump, Rebuilt To Specs By Precise Mechanical

Description- S/S Clad

1)      Shaft – New 4140HT Shaft machined to factory print.

2)      Rotor, New Ductile Iron Rotor machined to factory print.

3)      Bearing bores, Sleeved both (2) bearing bores to factory print.

4)      Heads, Cast Iron with full face SS cladding & machined to factory print.

5)      Cones – SS clad or Solid SS cones machined to factory print.

6)      Rotor/Shaft assembly balanced to G2.5 specs.

7)      New bearings, packing, lip seals, gaskets, and misc. hardware.

8)      Assemble to factory specifications.

9)      Paint factory specifications!

Delivery is 4-5 weeks from time of approval.
