Rebuilt Nash CL3002 Vacuum Pump, Cast Iron Body, SS Clad, Clockwise Rotation, Single Extended, Rebuilt by Precise Mechanical Job Number 26-4206, Scope of Repair:

Sandblast all parts & inspect

• Shaft- Clean & Re-use, all fits to print size.

• Rotor- Clean & Re-use, light skim tapers & ODs when new shaft is installed.

• Body – Repair weld minor wear areas & machine to print.

• Cones – IE & DE – Clean & re-use, light skim taper to ensure correct taper & clean up high spots.

• Heads – Clean & Re-use, repair minor wash at bottom of heads & machine to print.

• Bearing Bracket Bores – Both bearing bores will be sleeved to factory print size.

• Replace All Bearings, lip seals, gaskets, packing, piping, bolting & hardware.

• Assemble to factory specs & paint.

• Make ready for shipping.
