Rebuilt Beloit DD4600 34/38" Disc Refiner #46862

Beloit DD4600 34/38" Disc Refiner, with 38" Spline Rotor, Rebuilt by Lamcor 2026 Shop Number M-1831

Scope of rebuild:

The following is description of the work that was done on this refiner:

1. Disassembled refiner

2. Installed new sleeve, bearings and seals

3. Installed new packing

4. Installed new packing gland

5. Installed new Helicoils for plates

6. Installed 4500 series rotating head and spline

7. Machined the door surface on base and door

8. Replaced Gauge Panel

9. Replaced the thrust washers and bushings on the door hinges

10. Rebuilt adjusting mechanism with new worm shaft bearings and seals. New sliding

head seals. New clutch parts and handwheel.

11. Rebuilt gearmotor.

12. Reassembled and trammed.

13. Primed and painted
